2. Quality control
You will receive a non-binding and free assessment of your wines from us with a minimum starting price and a medium price Trade price. This assessment is accompanied by a contract with a planned auction date. Please check again precisely your wine stocks with the information on the assessment regarding quantity, vintage and wine name. At If necessary, you can change quantities, add or delete items. Then send us a signed one Copy of the contract and the assessment must be returned to Koppe & Partner no later than 1 week before the start of the auction Wine Auctions GmbH. The wines should be in our house by 10 days before the start of the auction.
3. Fees
Koppe & Partner Weinauktionen GmbH receives 10% of the auction proceeds and €5.00 per lot, both amounts plus 19% VAT. Furthermore, there is an insurance fee of 1% of the minimum amount plus 19% VAT. to. 4. Einlieferung
Koppe & Partner Weinauktionen GmbH will contact you by telephone regarding your delivery. At If necessary, we can provide you with shipping boxes. The delivery can optionally be made personally by you. You can send us small quantities via DHL. If you wish, we can ship larger quantities via shipping or delivery pick up personally.

5. Wareneingang
After incoming goods inspection, Koppe & Partner Weinauktionen GmbH packs up your wines in batches. She You will then receive a written confirmation of delivery and a lot classification of your wines.
6. The auction
Most auctions run for 10 days. When the auction opens, we send mailings to our customers.
